This is a replacement Spin-On Oil Filter Adapter (Spud) that screws into the 106066A spin-on oil filter base on 1600, 1650, 1655, 2-78, 4-78, 1755 and 1855 Oliver tractors with the original Waukesha engine. This is ONLY the screw in threaded part shown in the photos.
This adapter is a 7/8"-14 threaded spud that fits AGCO 169019A series filters and many others.
